有一好友得到了来自Paul Hastings的JOB OFFER，恭喜恭喜先。后GOOGLE下，发现此地为一绝地，一门槛高高，薪水多多的宝地。其实无非：干活，出业绩，拿薪酬，简简单单。说进这公司就怕一件事，前一两个月安然无恙，暖暖的舒服的呆着，某天阳光明媚的早晨，懒懒地打开EMAIL BOX，发现躺着一封信，告诉你，可以放长假了。。。这时候能唱的也许只有“PH不相信眼泪”。

为了在这凶猛的丛林中生存下来，第一要诀是业务能力要过硬，第二便要有良好的心理承受能力和抗压能力。某天你还兴致勃勃的处理手头工作，转天就发现自己和其他入职的同伴一起被请出了。又一批崭新的面孔进入到了公司。此时想到一句话，也是经常念诵的一句，在这里可以拽下，所谓是“年年岁岁花相似，岁岁年年人不同”。（附上PH的雇佣机制，THAT IS,高薪，竞争性强，流动性大。）

今天收到一封邮件，这一句非常好，引用下。There are two things that are critical if you want your dreams to turn into a reality:1. set your goals 2. persevere

评价几句：Everything takes time, and sometimes, the test of time can determine your success.  No matter what profession or what business you choose, no one is an overnight success. It takes time, perseverance and hard work.
